Steve has been with Covington Honda Nissan for more than 18 years. He enjoys Nascar Racing and spending time camping with his family. Steve is a native of Covington, VA and a graduate of Alleghany High School. Steve is married to Janelle Caldwell and has three children, Stephen, Kayla and Brandon who are the light of his life. Steve has been in Sales and New Car Inventory Management and currently serves as Sales Manager.

- Debbie has been with our dealership since 1994! She has had many positions and tasks within our organization in her 18 years here, including working in the Finance Office. Debbie and her husband, Jamey, reside here in Covington. She really enjoys spending time with her daughter and her grandson on the weekends. Among Debbie's many other tasks, she serves also as our receptionist and phone operator. When you call us, it's probably her sweet voice you'll hear answer the phone!!

Barry resides in Covington, VA with his wife, Connie. They have two sons, Travis and Jarett. Barry has been with our Dealership since 1986. He has worked in Sales, Sales Management, and Finance. He is now one of the owners of Covington Honda-Nissan. He currently serves as the General Manager of the Dealership and Vice President of the corporation. Barry's experience and leadership make our dealership what it is today!

James entered the Automovtive business in 1989. He has worked in Sales, Sales Management, and currently serves as our F&I Manager. James and his wife Jennifer reside in Staunton, VA, and they have two children, Jane and Spencer. James is a muscian and he is the lead singer for the band "Bent Fender." For any questions about financing rates and loans or to hear your favorite song sung live, James is your guy! heehee

- Terri has been with our organization for more than 24 years! She and her husband, Jim, reside here in Covington. Terri is the "Momma" to our cats, Rosie and Daisy, who live here at the dealership with us. Terri and her husband are show car enthusiasts and like to travel on weekends to shows in and out of the state. Terri "keeps the place going" and we are so fortunate to have her aboard!
